We noticed a gap in the way construction services were run. Tired of contractors who wouldn’t return calls or weren’t transparent in their pricing, we knew there had to be another way. We pride ourselves on our customer service and communication and, while most construction companies tend to focus on large commercial projects, we focus on residential roofing and putting our customers first.

Brianna Hanson
FOUNDER
After graduating high school in Santa Rosa, Brianna began working for her stepdad at ANC Roofing in 2004 while attending the SRJC. Her continued college education led her to Oregon and then graduate school in London, before landing in finance in Los Angeles. Taking her experience from years in finance, she joined Brian at ANC in 2016 as his CFO. Entrepreneurial at heart, Brianna continued additional business pursuits but felt like something was missing from the roofing industry. “I kept hearing from friends who were having poor experiences with various contractors and would turn to me for help. I knew we could provide them an unparalleled level of professionalism and craftmanship,” she said. “I saw the need for a dedicated service team and small residential off-shoot of ANC and knew I had to make it happen!” When Brianna is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her son, James, and dog, Pepper, and is an active member of the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber.

Brian Alton
FOUNDER
Born and raised in Santa Rosa, Brian began working summers at ANC Roofing in 1994 as a roofer and then, after the Santa Rosa Junior College, he came on board as a Project Manager in 1998. In 2006, after purchasing the company from his Dad, Brian founded ANC Roofing with his business partner Paul. While ANC has always specialized in bespoke residential and commercial roofing, Brian and his siblings found they could use their expertise on smaller residential and maintenance projects. “Our focus is on quality craftmanship. In a trade that is known for cutting corners wherever possible, we pride ourselves on our workmanship and relationships with builders in the area,” he explains. When Brian is not in the office or out on a job site, you might find him golfing with friends in the industry, or spending time with his wife, Elisha, and their families.
